Geragos cross-examined Jane and asked her about the price of designer handbags. The witness had been recounting an alleged fight she had with Diddy over a Chanel bag he allegedly gave to another woman. When the lawyer asked her if she got a Chanel bag, Jane reportedly responded with the following: “I only got trauma.”

“What is a Bottega bag?” Geragos reportedly asked. “I’m sure you have one,” the witness reportedly clapped back. The attorney denied that possibility and allegedly asked Jane how much designer handbags typically cost. “How much does my body cost?” she allegedly replied.

Judge Arun Subramanian reportedly instructed the witness to only answer the questions, and Jane reportedly asked for a short break afterwards. This was her first day of cross-examination following multiple days of witness testimony on her behalf. Perhaps future cross-examination questionings will result in more tension, although we hope that’s not the case.

Jane’s other allegations around Diddy concern their alleged relationship dynamics, her alleged discomfort with alleged sex parties with male sex workers, and instances of alleged abuse of different kinds. For example, she alleged that they had a particularly nasty physical fight soon after the video of the Bad Boy mogul physically assaulting Cassie Ventura in a hotel room in 2016 surfaced online.

Given upcoming cross-examination, Jane will likely face other key questions about her story, her allegations, and any alleged discrepancies. So keep your eyes peeled for any significant updates.

Elsewhere in the Diddy trial, the aforementioned Judge Arun Subramanian recently shut down his motion for a mistrial on its 20th day. This request emerged due to defense lawyers’ allegations that the prosecution knowingly or unknowingly presented allegedly false witness testimony. But as we alluded to earlier, she did reiterate that she’s happy for Reese. “Ain’t nobody saying Angel Reese don’t have accolades or she not good…. I’m saying I thought the person with “THE MOST” accolades & accomplishments would win the Award. I’m team Angel Reese!”

Despite this clarification, hopefully, it doesn’t lead to a beef down the line.

It might seem odd to make such a fuss over a diamond lollipop when there are much larger musical conversations to emphasize. But that’s just the appeal of King Vamp’s aesthetic and movement these days. Like many other artists, half of the appeal is the image, and it’s easier than ever to share that now.

A physical way in which fans can witness this for themselves is on Playboi Carti’s tour. He’s currently supporting the “After Hours Til Dawn” trek from The Weeknd, which will run through the summer up to early September.

We’re sure BABY BOI will come with its own visual gimmicks. The lollipop motif, for example, started in a big way back with the “2024” music video.

We will see if Playboi Carti’s new album comes out soon or if reports of its completion should not be trusted. Given the track record we’re working with, fans are just thankful that they got MUSIC this year and don’t want to get their hopes up.

Is Drake On Tha Carter VI?

Elsewhere, the hype for new music from The Boy is at a particular high right now. That’s because many fans expressed strong disappointment with Drake’s absence from Tha Carter VI, the latest album from his mentor Lil Wayne. Previous reports suggested that Nicki Minaj would also provide some Young Money energy on the final tracklist, but this didn’t pan out.

Regardless, Drake’s next solo album Iceman will surely satisfy. Plenty of close collaborators and colleagues recently spoke on its quality, his work ethic, and predictions around its direction. It looks like some insiders have already heard a lot of material, whereas others are still engaging with predictive discussion.

Either way, we cannot remember the last time that a hip-hop album had this much baggage and division behind it. All we can hope for is that the music speaks for itself above all else. Because of all of this, “Jane” started to allegedly believe that Diddy was bi-curious but “too afraid to do the act himself.”

But like her testimony so far, this is far from the only wild allegations she’s brought forth.

Prior to this, “Jane” alleged that Diddy was so obsessed with having sex with her that he started calling her his “crackpipe.” “You are the crackpipe. That’s my new nickname for you: crackpipe,” he allegedly told her. She allegedly said in response: “Crackpipe is so real for the both of us.”

Elsewhere, she alleged that her and Diddy got into a verbal and physical altercation just weeks after the Cassie hotel video went public. She allegedly thought that he was seeing another woman while on a family trip in Utah.
